Fully qualified German lawyer since 2020, studied in Freiburg and Buenos Aires. Prior to joining Vogel Heerma Waitz, Moritz worked as a legal counsel for a sustainable asset manager in Berlin and as a law clerk for a fintech start-up in Munich.

Focus: Advising start-ups, entrepreneurs, and investors in corporate law, especially in the area of venture, expansion and growth capital.
